How It Works
The machine combines bag lifting, bag opening, material discharge, and dust collection into one automatic process.
The working process is:
- Lift the jumbo bag into the unloading frame using the electric hoist.
- Secure the bag and position it above the discharge hopper.
- Open the bottom of the bag with the high-speed steel cutting device.
- Material flows into the hopper while the vibrating system and bag massaging cylinders improve discharge efficiency.
- The pulse dust collection system captures airborne dust during unloading.
- The material is discharged into a screw conveyor, vacuum conveyor, pneumatic conveying system, or other downstream equipment.
